Abstract

The introduction of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) has been associated with new rights for the participants and new obligations for employers. New administrative, information and accounting obligations have been imposed on the latter. The purpose of this study is to indicate the main problems that employers must face in order to properly account for the remuneration of persons participating in the plans. The authors present de lege ferenda conclusions as a voice in the discussion on changes and simplifications concerning Employee Capital Plans.
