Abstract

The purpose of the present article is the analysis of the possibility of applying new technologies in order to facilitate operational activity of HR in the context of forms of declarations of intent. The article focuses on discrepancies in regard to structuring forms of declaration of intent in the Labor Code and the possibility of using technology that enables simplification of HR activities.
