Abstract

The main goal of this article is to discuss the issue of interpersonal conflicts within organizations and the employer’s obligation to resolve them and ensure a positive work atmosphere for employees. A tool that can help to fulfil this obligation is a conflict resolution policy, primarily based on mediation between employees. The paper presents the key elements of such a regulation and best practices related to its implementation.
