Abstract

Under the Act of 9 March 2023 amending the Code of Civil Procedure and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 614) significant changes were introduced in the proceedings concerning enforcement of acts that may be performed by another person as a substitute for the debtor (Art. 1047 of the Code of Civil Procedure). The article discusses those changes and evaluates them both from the theoretical and practical viewpoints. Noted have been those solutions that deserve to be evaluated favourably as well as those that arouse objections or are even undesirable.
