Abstract

The article evaluates the condition of the currently applicable Code of Civil Procedure. The assessment is critical, and the problem of the condition of this procedural law seems to be serious. The article points out poor quality of the Code provisions and negatively assesses their accuracy, in particular following recent amendments, and also indicates the causes underlying the fall of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
