Abstract
The new provision of Art. 1281 of the Code of Civil Procedure has introduced new requirements for pleadings submitted by professional attorneys. It arouses doubts and creates interpretational difficulties regardless of the fact that already today many attorneys draw pleadings in accordance with the new guidelines.
