Abstract

Service of documents is an essential material and technical act that produces several procedural effects. According to the Act on Electronic Deliveries, it will become a rule that letters will be delivered by public administration bodies to electronic addresses for deliveries. This study analyzes the exceptions to this rule set out in Art. 39 § sections 1–4 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
