Abstract

An important issue in enforcement proceedings is the correctness of service by a court enforcement body. The regulations provide for several forms of service by court bailiffs. The circumstances affecting the manner of service have been specified in the statute. Due to the desire to computerise court proceedings, it has been considered whether electronic delivery of correspondence is acceptable and a catalogue of such cases was laid down.
