Abstract
The Act of 7 July 2023 amending the Code of Civil Procedure, the Act on the structure of common courts, the Code of Criminal Procedure and certain other acts introduced further changes to the rules for drawing up judgments in appeal proceedings. The article discusses and interprets the new regulations in this area in force since 28 September 2023, taking into account transitional provisions.
