The amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure made (or prepared) from August 2013 to the end of February 2014

Janusz Jankowski
Abstract

The article discusses the changes introduced to the Code of Civil Procedure made (or prepared) from August 2013 to the end of February 2014. Major ones concern the possibility of appending a writ of execution without passing a separate decision in this matter and extending the possibility of appealing against the decisions of first and second instance courts concerning reimbursement of the costs of free legal aid. Since the amendments of the Code become ever frequent, the article also presents the drafts of changes which are more or less advanced in the legislative process. Noted are also changes (and a draft of changes) in the act closely linked with the Code, namely the Act of 28 July 2005 on court fees in civil cases.
