Abstract

The publication discusses fundamental procedural issues relating to the jurisdiction of a land and mortgage register court, as well as the issue of closing land and mortgage registers and the entitlement to participate in court proceedings in this respect. With reference to particular judicial decisions, an attempt has been made to polemicize with the view presented by the Supreme Court with respect to a specific actual case.
