Abstract

The article discusses major medical professional duties of confidentiality to be met by doctors, nurses, lab diagnosticians, pharmacists, psychologists and other that are characteristic of the Polish health care sector: the duty of confidentiality with respect to mental health, transplants, blood donors, occupational medicine, people involved in family planning, protection of human foetus and abortion, hospital patient ID systems and clinical trials.
