Abstract

The article discusses and presents a detailed catalogue of circumstances restricting patient’s right to keep his medical records confidential (e.g. patient’s consent for disclosure, hazard to life or health of the patient or other people, the need to provide necessary information about the patient to other medical professionals participating in providing medical services) arising from the Patients Right Act and the Patients Right Advocate Act, as well as other statutory normative acts.
