Abstract
The gloss concerns the problem of using guarantee bills of exchange to secure employer’s claims on financial liability of employees. The authoress argues in favour of issuing guarantee bills of exchange by employees. She polemicizes with Supreme Court’s position in the light of which employees’ guarantee bills of exchange are invalid. She underlines, however, that the Labour Law may provide grounds for exception under Art. 10 of Bill of Exchange Law.De lege ferenda, she postulates to prohibit endorsing such employee bills of exchange in order to protect employees as the weaker side of the employment relationship.
