Abstract

Bid-rigging are very harmful agreements that distort competition. They can be prevented both by introducing relevant legal solutions and by maintaining particular prudence and caution on the part of the contracting authority on each stage of the public procurement procedure. Considering the above, this article presents and puts up for discussion certain improvements and proposed legal solutions as regards public procurement so as to prevent bid-rigging.
