Abstract

The present article is devoted to the analysis of the clause regarding the appropriate application of the provisions of the Civil Code based on the example of the employer’s obligation to respect the employee’s personal rights and the “appropriate application” of the content of the Article 23 of the Civil Code, taking into account the character of the provisions of labor law.
