Abstract

The article analyses the provisions of the Building Law which regulate the issue of a construction disaster. The purpose of the article is primarily to interpret the provisions that arouse interpretation problems in practice. It focuses on explaining the concept of a construction disaster and on the proceedings aimed at explaining its causes. In addition, the article analyses the provisions governing the securing the site of a construction disaster and removal of its effects.
