Abstract
The article presents standard contractual clauses established by the Commission Implementing Decision 2021/915 of 4 June 2021. The article discusses the legal basis of standard contractual clauses, their adoption, and legal consequences of their application. In addition, the content of the clauses and their annexes have been reviewed according to the sequence of the obligatory elements of a data processing agreement provided for in Art. 28(3) of the GDPR to which the clauses refer.
