Abstract
The commented judgment concerns the issue of corporate groups thus exemplifying the thesis that the processes of capital concentration are selectively and at the same time uncoordinatedly and fragmentarily regulated in Polish law. The judgment focuses on the issues regulated by the Pharmaceutical Law and refers to the degree of interference of the authorities supervising the market for medications and medicinal products into the mechanisms of coordination and cooperation between entrepreneurs, sometimes erroneously interpreted as leading to the emergence of corporate structures.
