Abstract

The article discusses the real estate agency contract, which is a type of contract regulated outside the Civil Code, in the Real Estate Management Act. A party to such contract is always a real estate agent, who is a professional – an entrepreneur conducting business activity in the field of real estate agency. The laconic statutory regulation of this type of contract leaves the parties considerable freedom to shape its content, so the article attempts to draw the boundaries of this freedom.
