Abstract
The article presents the specifics of pursuing claims for redressing damage caused by violation of competition law. The aim of the study is to analyse the procedural standards laid down in the Act of 21 April 2017 on claims for compensation for damage caused by violation of competition law and their impact on facilitating the pursuit of claims in civil proceedings.
