Abstract

This paper presents repressive libility of bailiffs regulated by the Act of 22 March 2018 on court bailiffs as compared with other legal professions, in particular professions taking part – to a greater or lesser extent – in the implementation of the constitutional right to trial. The publication discusses only repressive liability provided for in the legislative acts regulating the practice of legal professions. Repressive liability of bailiffs has been compared with liability of lawyers, legal councellors, judges and notaries.
