Abstract

Art. 673 regulates the contents of announcements – placed by courts in periodicals of nationwide circulation – calling on so far unrevealed heirs to take part in the proceedings concerning ascertainment of the acquisition of inheritance. The article outlines legal requirements as regards the contents of the announcement and refers them to the court practice. Having read the announcement one shall conclude that a lot can be still improved as regards court proceedings in this respect.
