Abstract

The article discusses major issues concerning the changes in enforcement clause proceedings introduced by the amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure of 4 July 2019 and attempts to appraise the new provisions. In particular, the newly constructed negative prerequisites for appending an enforcement clause have been considered. The new restrictions as regards appending an enforcement clause and transfer of rights have been also analysed.
