Abstract

Contractors may jointly tender for a public contract award, and the provisions of the Public Procurement Act concerning the contractor shall apply, as appropriate, to all contractors jointly tendering for a public contract award. Like in the new public procurement directives, the draft of the new Public Procurement Act also allows for setting a different way of fulfilling qualification criteria or how a contract will be performed by a consortium than it has been stipulated for contracts implemented by a single contractor.
