Abstract

The purpose of the present article is to show legal consequences of enlisting in the military of a worker and lack of notification regarding return to work after compulsory national service. Absence at work due to military service undoubtedly influences execution of the existing employment relationship. Consequences of enlisting and lack of notification regarding return to work after compulsory national service results in termination of employment relationship.
