Abstract
The purpose of the present article is to analyse cross-border aspects of telework. The author focuses on issues within labour law and the area of social security, especially in regard to the Framework Agreement in the matter of applying Article 16(1) of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 in cases of customary cross-border telework.
