Abstract

The lawmaker fulfilled the obligation to implement EU directives to the national legal order regarding transparent and predictable work conditions and the work-life balance in relation to parents and guardians, however, they did not avoid failures, which raise many questions and doubts. The purpose of this article is to develop a rational view on these new regulations and an attempt at a correct interpretation.
