Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyse the provisions on leave for vocational education and training for employment in regard to medical professions. These leaves are in principle regulated by separate laws. However, it should be pointed out that the difference between the granted days off depends on whether a person following a medical profession is a representative of the uniformed services or not. The article contains de lege ferenda postulates.
