Abstract

The study is dedicated to the analysis of the legal nature of the right to disconnect. The article presents the draft directive on that matter and the European social partners’ framework agreement on digitalization. The author argues that it would be appropriate to regulate the right to disconnect in Poland. In his opinion, it can be defined as the worker’s right not to be bothered by the employer outside working hours.
