Abstract
The purpose of this article is to consider how determination of the final fee should look like correctly in the decision concluding the proceedings in the first instance. In particular, the author tries to answer the question whether in the event of failure to determine the value of the object of dispute during the proceedings, the court is entitled to determine the amount of the final fee in the amount higher than PLN 5,000.
