Abstract
The aim of this article is to present and analyse the problems of the consumer right to withdraw from an agreement in relation to individual types of brokerage services agreements. The idea of consumer entitlement is to provide the consumer with a time to think whether the product (or service) they purchased is actually needed. Because the consumer right to withdraw from an agreement is mandatory only in relation to agreements concluded in atypical conditions (remotely, away from business premises), the right is subject to numerous restrictions in case of brokerage services agreements.
