Abstract

The subject of the publication is the institution of rectifying judgments in civil proceedings, particular emphasis being placed on to what extent and how the consequences of a rectification order issed by a court are manifested. The provisions of Art. 350, Art. 360 and Art. 396 of the Code of Civil Procedure have been interpreted. The author cites the arguments in favour for the view that the copies of the final judgment corrected by the court of first instance should be issued in the corrected wording from the moment the order to correct an obvious error was issued rather then when the decision becomes legally valid.
