Abstract
Despite the fact that it has long been the basis for hiring managers in private and public entities, the management contract has not been comprehensively regulated in Polish law. Several acts of law regulate certain aspects of the management contract, but no legal act specifies the basic terms of this contract, meaning that it qualifies as an unnamed contract under Polish law. An initial analysis of the manager’s activities performed under a management contract indicates that the manager performs factual and legal activities that can be classified into four basic areas of activity.
