Abstract

The article examines the rules that apply to the preparation of a description of the subject of a construction contract. During the preparation of this document, the key issues related to the contracting authorities were examined. The ways of describing the construction contract and the methodology of its formulation are presented based on special regulations. The discussed issue aims to present the basic rules for the preparation of a contract descriptions considering the new legal regulation.
