Abstract

Controls are an important element of the public procurement system. It is an important instrument for ensuring that everything functions properly. Controls are carried out by various authorised entities. The Public Procurement Law defines the controlling bodies and imposes on them the obligation to cooperate in the area of public procurement controls, as well as setting out certain duties that enable this principle to be properly implemented.
