Abstract
One of the basic goals set by the contracting entity when initiating public procurement procedures is to choose a reliable and dependable contractor to execute the order in accordance with the requirements, on time and appropriately. The reference point for potential research into the suitability of a contractor is to assess the effectiveness of his actions when performing the future contract.
The paper contains a legal analysis of certain rules that help to ensure the selection of a reliable contractor in the context of their application in tender proceedings.
