Abstract
This study concerns admissibility of enforcement of a claim under a public procurement contract in the event there are several contractors thereto. The Public Procurement Act allows for the implementation of a public procurement contract by several contractors working together, including use of the legal structure of a consortium agreement. This paper discusses admissibility of enforcement of a claim due to a co-contractor from the contracting authority. This problem may concern both claims for an advance payment as well as the final payment under the contract.
