Abstract
The article raises key systemic issues connected with filing and considering an important legal measure, that is an appeal against a verdict of the National Board of Appeal. The author lists the entities authorized to utilize this measure and the territorial jurisdiction of courts dealing with those cases, at the same time showing the degree of appealability of verdicts passed in cases concerning appeals filed in the proceedings for the award of public contracts. There is also quite a lot of space dedicated to the fees paid for appeals filed against the verdicts of the National Board of Appeal with reference to the current judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal in this respect.
