On the necessity of change regarding the perception of procedural labor law

Abstract

Procedural labor law, up until now, has been widely perceived in terms of individual labor disputes. However, with the entry into force of the Act on Collective Bargaining Agreements and Collective Agreements, such an understanding of procedural labor law has devalued. The following article discusses the incorporation of the concept of collective procedural labor law, pointing to a significant paradigm shift, while also highlighting its practical consequences.
