Abstract

Employees who performed work in special conditions in the past may receive compensation which will allow them to increase their seed money and consequently receive higher pension. The purpose of the present article is to discuss the premises for receiving such compensation, specifically, for the insured to demonstrate at least 15 years of work in special conditions or the specific nature of work.
