Abstract

The purpose of the present article is to show practical differences between an employment relationship and a service contract. The authors compare both relationships from the perspective of an employer and indicate possible risks connected with a wrong employment. The article presents good practices in the context of employing contractors - including employment on a similar position, which , until now, was connected with performing work.
