Accession of property from employment relationship after death of employee

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to present the issue of accession of property by a person entitled to property law from employment relationship after death of an employee (Article 63(1) par. 2 of the Labour Code). It should be noted that a correct settlement with an entitled person is not an easy task because it requires from the employer an analysis of labour law, social security law, civil law and family law.
