Abstract

The aim of the present study is describing the nature of responsibility born by an employee based on individual labor law in case of committing an act by an employee which harms the secret of an enterprise. The author argues that behavior which constitutes as an act of unfair competition should be qualified as a violation of professional duties resulting from labor law, and should be met with consequences which are characteristic of this law.
