Abstract

The present study is somewhat a review of the monograph by A. Sobczyk entitled “Country of employing establishments”. The author takes a stance regarding the matter of principal meaning, i.e. a thesis on fully public law nature of an employing establishment. These deliberations are preceded by a short presentation of a concept by A. Sobczyk – signaling its certain most important assumptions.
