Abstract
The subject of the article is to present normative, organizational and technological solutions concerning the National Register of Debtors (KRZ) and the ICT system supporting bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. As part of the article, individual modules of the KRZ system will be presented, including the Public Portal, the Registered User Portal and the Portal for Insolvency Practitioners.
