Abstract

The article analyses the scope of duties of probation officers enforcing judicial decisions in criminal matters and the scope of responsibilities of welfare officers (court-appointed family guardians) who enforce judgments in cases concerning families and minors. The so formulated subject expounds on the doubts that arise in practice regarding the extension of the scope of tasks, and thus the powers of probation and welfare officers.
