Abstract

The article presents changes concerning electronic communication in individual administrative matters introduced in 2020 in the procedural provisions of administrative law in Poland in connection with the prevention and control of COVID-19. In particular, it outlines the current activities of the legislator in this respect and formulates conclusions arising from those changes for further informatisation of public administration proceedings.
