Abstract

In recent years, blockchain technology has become popular, as a result of which projects based on a chain of blocks are increasingly common. However, the specificity of a blockchain may cause problems in ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations. Therefore, already at the blockchain-based project planning stage, it is necessary to consider possible problems with ensuring compliance with the obligations laid down in the GDPR.
