Abstract

The publication concerns the legal nature of post-inspection recommendations issued for protection of historical monuments by a specialized administration body. The author presents such recommendations as an element of supervisory measures, but also as a flexible tool to be used by administrative bodies to achieve the goals set by the legislator.
